By downloading or using any application provided by Lumine Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Permitted Use

Our applications are provided for personal entertainment only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or use our applications for any unlawful purpose. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Lumine Labs applications — including puzzles, images, text, design, and code — is owned by Lumine Labs and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

4. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests and billing inquiries are handled through Apple's policies and systems, not directly through Lumine Labs.

5. Disclaimers

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of our applications.

7. Updates

We may update our applications and these Terms at any time. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our applications at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumine Labs operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
